Joseph walked us through the process, took his time and even wore gloves to ensure there were no marks left on our ceiling paint. Fans are working beautifully. We contacted Test Electrical Services to assist with various jobs including installing new outdoor light fittings, security cameras and bathroom fans. Joseph and Christian were both professional, on time and respectful. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves and ensure that the house was in the same condition as when they arrived, even going as far as taking their shoes off before entering the house. We had a small fault which was caused by a faulty product and Joseph was at our house in 15 minutes to get to the bottom of the issue. Our current fan system within our bathroom was insufficient and Joseph was quick to investigate solutions and locate new fans that would fix the issue. We no longer have any stubborn steam lingering after the shower is used! We would highly recommend Joseph and Christian and look forward to using them again in the future.

He was able to run through the process to uncover the source of the problem and resolve the issue which was more complex than I thought it would be. He wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and got under the house. He also went above and beyond and uncovered a number of other faults and resolved them at the same time. Booked out the team at Test Electrical Services and was not disappointed. They looked after me and was competitive with other quotes I received. Out of all of them Joseph provided me with compliance certificates and expected date of completion which I found to be hassle free. The team completed a switch board upgrade, switched over all of our old lights in the home to new LEDs, and new power outlets through the house. They worked in liaising with the plasterers and painters to finish the job in a timely manner. Thanks boys.
